The Process
First choose your package based on how many guests you’ll have with you.
Inquire about and book your specific date! Our packages are based on Mon-Thurs rates which is our favorite time for weddings on the coast as everything is much less crowded. Some weekend dates are available
Next, you’ll jump on a zoom call with Nicole and Avigail so we can hear about your dream wedding, and you can make strategic choices to make those dreams happen. We will talk location, inspiration photos, vibe you’re hoping for, colors, and food preferences. We’ve got ideas too, so if you’re not sure… that’s okay we’re here to help!
That’s it!
We’ll be in contact with and book all of the vendors. We’ll coordinate with them and pass on your inspiration, and we’ll all work together to create a cohesive look and relaxing day curated just for you.
"Avigail and her team planned my daughter's wedding on family property in Brookings. Everything was perfect and absolutely breathtaking. The flowers were gorgeous. They built a beautiful redwood "arbor" for the ceremony that was unlike anything we've seen. The reception area was breathtaking. My daughter didn't want to have a wedding because planning gave her anxiety but Avigail took care of everything and the couple have a lifetime of memories. I cannot recommend this business enough!"

Are you a Venue?
Nope! We aren’t limited to just one spot. Instead you’ll get to chose from a whole selection of carefully curated ceremony and reception location ideas in the Brookings area.
What will I get to choose?
While we are all inclusive you’ll still have plenty of choices to make to ensure that your wedding day feels customized to you. You’ll have choices of colors, overall vibe, florals, location, food, and music.
What’s included?
My favorite question! Because the answer is, absolutely everything you need to make an amazing wedding day. Starting with hair and makeup, location guidance, officiant, music, florals, romantic dinner setup, food, cake, photography, timeline creation, set-up and tear-down…literally everything. It’s going to be gorgeous AND stress free!
What else do I still need?
You’ll need to bring your wedding outfits, secure your marriage license, and find lodging. That’s it! You get to show up, marry the love of your life and relax and adventure on the Oregon coast.
